Cast Bronze Cookware
Eaglador
Bronze is as old as civilisation itself and was once the Roman's preferred choice for cookware. In fact, many pots and pans from that period are still found intact today; it is durable cookware that lasts through the generations.
Compared for instance to cast iron, bronze is lighter more conductive and in our opinion a better aesthetic for cookware.
At Eaglador, we use a specific type of bronze called Kansa which has a high tin content. This makes our cookware naturally non-stick and non-reactive to foods whilst the copper is ultra conductive.
