Many decades ago - as a treasured domestic timepiece and status symbol – each cabinet would have housed a traditional wind-up clockwork mechanism. A great conversation piece.

Each clock case has subtle Art Deco styling – the dominant design style in the 1930-40 when these iconic wooden clock-cases were fabricated. Their surface finish has a wonderful natural patina.

With a hinging square glass-windowed front door, the cases make a super stylish 'mini-cabinet' with multiple creative uses. Imagine one of these cases - with their natural waxed finish on a tabletop or shelf.
