Presenting Novy Induction PRO, a collection of advanced 60cm, 80cm and 90cm induction hobs together with linear and domino versions, a number of models feature InTouch, where the hood above can be controlled directly using touch controls on the hob beneath.

The Novy Induction PRO 90cm Five Zone Induction Hob with InTouch is made of black opaque glass with rounded facet finish edges and can either be surface or flush mounted. It features two 24cm cooking zones on the left, a 28cm zone at the centre of the hob and two further 24cm zones on the right. The 24cm zones on either side can also be bridged with each other to create zoneless areas for larger pans. It has a white slider LED touch control panel at the front centre of the hob which features nine standard power levels together with direct access to specific levels by touch. A further Super Power boost function is available for each of the zones. With a maximum output of 11.100W, the 24cm zones have a standard power of 2.100W, increasing to 2.600W for the 28cm zone. This induction hob also has an array of additional cooking and timer functions, together with Novy’s InTouch technology and a range of safety features as standard. With a wealth of cooking functions, many of which would be found in professional appliances, this collection of induction hobs lets the user cook like a PRO.

This function combines two zones to become a single zone for larger pans, or if a larger pan is placed across two zones, then a simple touch of the controls will automatically bridge the relevant zones
• Stop & Go:
This is a useful pause function, which can be reset to all previous temperature settings at the single touch of the control
• Recall function:
If the hob is switched off for any reason, it is possible to recall all the previous settings using the Recall procedure
• Grill function:
This allows the optimal use of the additional grill plate by combining two zones and using the appropriate grill settings
• InTouch:
The overhead InTouch cooker or ceiling hood can be conveniently controlled and adjusted using the touch controls on the hob
