After the success of its second competition to find undiscovered artwork, Wallsauce.com are proud to announce Julia Fonnereau as its latest artist to join its designer wallpaper collection.

As voted for by the public, the competition brief asked designers to choose their favourite era and base their designs on this time period. Fonneraeau’s collection has been inspired by the Georgian period and the fascination with the decorative arts from the Orient. She commented:

I have loved working on this collection. The ideas have been in my head for a very long time and the historical theme was the perfect excuse to get them out there.

Transport yourself back to the late 18th century. You have distinguished guests coming over for tea and you are looking forward to showing off your new wall décor. The latest fashion is chinoiserie style and you have taken care to create an ambient mise en scene.
