Ingeniously simple
The Hanging Poultry Grill Basket is made of sturdy lattice bars in stainless steel with seven evenly distributed loops. Use the locking lever on the long side to open and close the basket, creating a large opening for inserting and removing the chicken.
There is an integral wave-shaped fastener for adjusting the size of the basket to the size of the bird. Change the distance between the basket and the flames to regulate the optimum temperature. The closer the basket is to the embers, the hotter the temperature. To ensure the chicken roasts evenly, adjust the position of the Hanging Poultry Grill Basket on a regular basis.
