First it was Barbiecore; now we have Viva Magenta - 2023 is shaping up to be a perfect pink party, and at Mustard we’re here for it!

We’ve already seen the impact of the upcoming Barbie Movie hitting the fashion and interiors world. Benjamin Moore announced Raspberry Blush as their colour of the year and now with the announcement of Pantone’s Colour of the Year we’re set to see all shades of pink celebrated and on-trend in 2023.

“Blush, or millennial pink, has been a strong trend for a few years now, but 2023 will see the brighter, more vibrant shades of pink take the spotlight across the home and interiors space,” said Becca Stern, Creative Director at Mustard Made.

Becca’s top styling tip: “Achieve peak pink styling by layering different tones within your space. Combining softer pastel shades of blush along with richer, more vivid pinks (and even a highlight pop of red) will bring a depth and maturity to your colour palette.”
