A UK-based furniture brand that specialises in ‘anything but ordinary,’ Where Saints Go are experts when it comes to sourcing exclusive pieces that their customers will love, and exactly what makes a home environment unique, exciting and inviting. Previously casting their predictions on what 2023 home interior trends might hold, the brand has recently published a blog advising interior enthusiasts how to style their homes for summer.

Featuring a selection of customer photographs for inspiration, the blog picks out WSG pieces across chairs, accessories and other furniture. Naming the four expected trends as Sunset Shades, Exotic Rattan, Heritage Feel and Playful Colour, co-founder Tracey Hague defines the first prediction as “proven by the colour of the year for 2023 from both Dulux and Pantone. The Dulux colour of the year was a warm yellow tone named ‘Wild Wonder’, whereas Pantone named theirs, a vivid pink, as ‘Viva Magenta’. Both of these colours are what I would call sunset shades and fill the home with uplifting warmth. There’s further proof in one of Farrow & Ball’s new colours which everyone has been particularly excited about. The colour in question is Bamboozle, which not only has the trademark fun name but is also a really vivid, rich shade of Coral. In this guide, we’ve explained how these colours will crop up in different interiors, and which products of our own will work.”

Another theme described as a ‘summertime staple’ by the brand is Exotic Rattan. Merging houseplants galore alongside natural fibres, Hague describes this one as “jungle beach bungalow,” which is a look that is perfect for sun-soaked spaces such as conservatories or south-facing bedrooms.

In terms of longevity, it is perhaps the Heritage Feel prediction that we are likely to see extending into winter and beyond. Fusing the old and the new, this trend favours period properties with original features - or contemporary homes that position statement, architectural chairs atop reclaimed flooring.
