Hi, I'm Krystal, founder of Wall Art & Paper Goods brand, Paper Birch.

Since 2016 I've been designing art prints, postcards and paper goods, from my studio in Cornwall, England.

I'm inspired by coastal living and use the cyanotype printing process to bring nature directly into my product collections. Cyanotype printing is a very organic, tactile process, that produces beautiful impressions of subjects, which are often seaweed or ferns found on the coast. It's striking blue tone has become the signature style for Paper Birch.

Handcrafted Cyanotype Art Prints and Paper Goods

Each product design starts with an original cyanotype print, hand made in our Cornwall based studio. Pieces of carefully sourced British seaweed and plant life are exposed in the sunlight on to UV sensitive coated paper to create unique, hand printed impressions of nature.
